By accessing or using the Peni Africa platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Peni Africa is a personal finance coaching platform that provides tools for financial planning, budgeting, goal tracking, and coaching session management. The Service is general financial coaching, not licensed financial advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One account per person. Couple accounts are shared between two named individuals.

4. Financial Coaching Disclaimer

The Service provides general financial coaching and education. It does not constitute:

• Licensed financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice
• Legal, accounting, or insurance guidance
• A substitute for professional financial planning

For specific financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions, consult a qualified licensed professional.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Financial data you enter is stored securely and is accessible only to you and your assigned coach.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the platform
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Payment Terms

Coaching program fees are as specified during registration. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Refund policies are communicated during enrollment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, assessments (including the Money Personality assessment), and reports generated by the Service are the property of Peni Africa. You retain ownership of your personal financial data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Peni Africa is provided "as is." We are not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made based on coaching or tools provided through the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
